Day 4 – What a day!

Today we got down to the heart of the matter and examined emotional drivers.
We began to understand them from the vantage point of commitment, incentive, and communication.
The concepts themselves were incredibly engaging, but the real fun was getting to know our own drivers and those of our partners.
Once we familiarized ourselves through partner activities, we were able to go out in the general public and connect with the people of Ubud.
The primary emotional drivers of those who displayed a willingness to interact with us were contribution & belonging.
On top of it all we got to experience the joy of giving for ourselves and learned how to compound our emotional fulfillment by considering the needs of others.
